Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Recruit Flow, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform, website, public job pages, or related services.

These Terms apply to workspace owners, team members, applicants using public job pages, and any other person who interacts with the service.

Service Scope

Recruit Flow is an applicant tracking system and recruiting operations platform. It provides tools for managing jobs, applications, candidates, interviews, scorecards, documents, workflows, and related hiring operations.

Some parts of the service may be available during a trial period, while ongoing access or managed setup may require manual activation or a separate commercial agreement.

Accounts and Workspace Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information, protecting access to your login credentials, and ensuring that only authorized people access your workspace.

Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for the recruiting content, communications, job postings, and internal decisions managed within their workspace.

Trials, Activation, and Access

Recruit Flow may offer a limited trial period that grants temporary access to platform functionality. Trial duration, lock behavior, or activation steps may vary based on the current product model.

After a trial ends, access to write actions or full platform features may be restricted until the workspace is manually activated. Managed setup or paid activation arrangements are handled separately from trial access.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with service operations, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, violate applicable laws, or use Recruit Flow for deceptive, abusive, or unlawful hiring practices.

You must not use the platform to infringe intellectual property rights, collect personal data unlawfully, impersonate another person or company, or send harmful or misleading communications through the service.

Customer Data and Public Applications

Workspace owners retain responsibility for the content and data submitted into their workspace, including candidate records, job posts, resumes, scorecards, notes, and hiring decisions.

Applicants who submit information through a public Recruit Flow-powered job page do so for the company or workspace that published the job. Recruit Flow is not responsible for hiring decisions made by that company.

Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Recruit Flow at any time. We may also revise features, interfaces, workflows, legal content, or access models as the product evolves.

We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent uptime, or error-free operation in every environment.

Intellectual Property

The Recruit Flow brand, platform, design, software, documentation, and original product content remain the property of Recruit Flow or its licensors, unless otherwise stated.

You may use the service for your internal recruiting and hiring operations, but you may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or republish platform materials beyond what is permitted by law or a written agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Recruit Flow is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Recruit Flow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, recruiting outcomes, or data arising from use of the platform.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Recruit Flow if we reasonably believe an account or workspace violates these Terms, creates risk for the platform, or is used in a way that is abusive, unlawful, or harmful.

You may stop using the platform at any time. Certain obligations relating to ownership, payment, legal compliance, disclaimers, and liability limits will survive termination where appropriate.
